Amadores Beach Club, 27/05/16
When Bernadette told me I was going to make my first one wedding dinner, I was anxious. For me it was my first professional experience. On arrival I was very stressed because I wanted everything to be perfect and especially that Bernadette is proud of me. I welcomed the couple who were of Norwegian origin and their families and I made sure that everything went well for them and especially they spent the best day of their lives. As the day passed I felt more comfortable in my work. At the end of the meal the couple gave speeches and everyone applauds my work at that moment I was both very excited and very happy.
Thank married and their families and restaurateurs who have been sweet to me. But mostly I want to thank all my heart Bernadette, for his confidence. She knew that I was able, thanks to her I would remember this moment all my life.
